Meet Chad Whisenhunt
Chad Whisenhunt has more than 15 years’ experience in the construction and restoration fields. Chad began his construction career working as an apprentice electrician for TriPlex Electric in Tulsa, Oklahoma while attaining his Finance degree from Oklahoma State University. After college, Chad spent two years in New York City working for a Brooklyn contractor, restoring brownstones in some of New York’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Chad was first introduced to insurance restoration with Affiliated Companies in Dallas, Texas. Joining the firm as a project manager, Chad quickly climbed the ranks to general manager, in charge of running full-scale office operations for several national franchise locations. After relocating to Denver in early 2011, Chad started Hall Ryan Construction, building the core of the company on his reputation for high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
Today, Chad has built Hall Ryan Construction into one of Colorado’s top construction companies, completing projects throughout the state and its bordering states. Chad’s insurance expertise also has him flying all over the country as a sought-after expert who provides consulting and estimating services for many leading insurance companies.
Chad is licensed in most Colorado municipalities and is an ICC Certified Class B General Contractor and NRCA-Licensed Roofing Contractor in Illinois.

Meet Kadrian Whisenhunt
Kadrian Whisenhunt has 15 years’ experience in materials sourcing and project management in the textile manufacturing industry. Kadrian received degrees in Communication and Marketing from Pace University in New York City. She brings knowledge and expertise in handling multiple, highly detailed projects while keeping budget and timeline at the forefront.
Her meticulous organizational style, paired with her understanding of design and trends, make her a valuable asset to client projects. Her passion for seeing clients’ dreams evolve from paper sketch to finished product keeps her motivated. Kadrian’s custom approach to client service relies heavily on the up-front and preconstruction phase, spending significant time upfront learning every detail of their needs and wants, which ultimately leads to faster construction and more accurate budgets.

Meet KYLE TUCKER
Kyle Tucker comes to Hall Ryan with over 5 years of experience in the construction industry. After completing his degree in business at Oklahoma State University he began working nationally as a project manager based out of Dallas, Texas. During his time as a national project manager he was able to gain valuable knowledge in all facets of large loss insurance claims as well as client relations. His projects spanned from residential to commercial in several markets throughout the country. As a new member of Hall Ryan Construction, Kyle is looking forward to building new relationships with clients throughout the Denver area and beyond.
